When we use internet banking, most of the time we end up going through six-to-eight steps before completing a task. The idea was simple, bring in the best milkshake flavours and tweak them for the Indian palate. A commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, Utsav’s idea was to create a dessert getaway, a vertical still traditionally dominated by Indian ideas of ice-creams and kulfi.
